MISSION
We empower, educate, and develop all levels of women, and other diverse talent, in the essential competencies of leadership excellence to expand the ranks of leadership to reflect our society, and foster inclusive, equitable, and thriving workplaces and communities.
Our mission is rooted in the beliefs that participation in leadership, power, and influence by women and other diverse talent is fundamental to maximizing performance, resilience, and value creation in our workplaces – regardless of the nature of the organization, and that stronger, sustainable organizations are integral to stronger, sustainable communities for our future.
Therefore, we aim to:
elevate leadership expertise, business acumen and excellence among existing and developing women and other diverse leaders through innovative programming, collaborative engagement, and empowering professional content grounded in thought leadership;
shift antiquated leadership paradigms to modern inclusive, collaborative leadership models that are effective to propel diverse 21st century teams and workforces toward greater productivity, inclusivity, and innovation; and
enhance the ability of the organizations who participate with us to attract, retain and develop high-performing and high-potential talent of all types.
OUR VISION

We strive to create a substantial, enduring impact on the evolution of workplaces and communities we touch toward gender equality in leadership, where:
the talents, aspirations, and achievements of women and other diverse talent are respected and encouraged;
the legitimacy and desirability of women and other diverse talent in leadership roles are affirmed for their valuable contributions;
mentorship and sponsorship of, and allyship with, women and other diverse talent are bolstered through education, inclusive leadership, and open communication; and
women and other diverse talent have equal opportunity for education and leadership competency development, genuine merit-based advancement, and full participation in all leadership roles.

engender greater advocacy and action among all leaders in support of gender equality, and equal opportunity for all, in the policies and practices of their workplaces and communities.
5. Advocate for gender equality by supporting policies and systemic changes that:
eliminate gender stereotyping and traditional exclusionary barriers ‒ systemic and otherwise ‒ that prevent women from attaining and effectively performing leadership roles;
allocate resources for the education, training, and development of women for leadership positions; and
empower women by increasing their representation in leadership positions and their full participation in leadership in their organizations and communities.
