We empower women at all levels to develop their natural abilities to their fullest potential and equip them to excel as leaders of their workplaces and communities across all spheres of society.

Our vision is the evolution of a human society around the globe where:
there is equality of opportunity for women and men in access to education, health care, work advancement and representation in political and economic decision-making
women receive equal pay with men for peer work
all forms of discrimination against women and girls have ended
the contributions of women as well as men are recognized and respected
To fulfill our vision we embrace United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 5 “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls” and its end goal “End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere.”

To educate women in the core competencies of effective and innovative leadership through affordable programming that fills the void created by society’s inadequate investment in development of women’s leadership talent.
To accomplish this goal FWLE will advocate for true equality for all women and equal participation with men in leadership by
supporting United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 5
adding the power of our voice at forums and events as a champion of women’s equality throughout America and the world
our philanthropic donations to nonprofit organizations that serve women and girls and/or advance their talents and abilities.
