Leadership Curriculum
WLC workshop topics are organized around core elements of leadership – such as business acumen, creating your brand, effective communication, goal-setting, relationship building, negotiating your career, change management and overcoming adversity. These leadership skills can be put into practice immediately in your professional and personal life, and are transferable across different work roles, disciplines, and industries – a big plus in an increasingly competitive job market!
Our workshops are classified by tracks according to participants’ level of leadership. WLC leadership tracks are:
Emerging Leader
focusing on foundational skills for those who aspire to be leaders of others or are in a beginning leadership role
Emerging Executive
focusing on growth skills for those who manage others and have some leadership experience but are still developing
Executive
for executive leaders who have established expertise in leading organizations or organizational units and seek higher advancement
When you register for WLC you will be asked to state your leadership level. You will be enrolled in the workshops geared to your level.
